Every member of the Foresight team is the core of our quality management. From research and development to production and from business development to after-sales service, the quality of each stage is fully controlled by the focused efforts of our team. Each staff member is the key to our achievement of Total Quality Control. Furthermore, in our pursuit of total quality control in our manufacturing processes, we strive to achieve defect-free quality and insist on the highest standards in everything we do at all times.
In addition, our manufacturing processes include the use of advanced detection equipment such as an Online Defects Detector and Infrared web gauging system for timely and careful product testing as well as a strict sampling process in order to maximize both yield and the quality of finished products. Our tireless efforts have resulted in the achievement of the ISO9001:2015 certification in 2017.
The strict standards of product testing that Foresight has implemented is all based on state-of-the-art equipment, such as SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) for void inspections, DSC (Differential scanning calorimetry) for heat shrinkage testing, the Gurley 4150 pressure test and the Instron (Tensile Strength Tester) for tension testing and so on.
